EVEREVE is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead all aspects of store operations and ensure the EVEREVE Styling Experience for every customer. You will uphold our HEART values, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach a high-performing team on the floor.

As the Store Manager, you will recruit talent, develop future leaders, and maintain merchandising and visual standards while delivering exceptional customer connections and a compelling fashion experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and uphold EVEREVE HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team within our HEART culture and standards.
• Maintain floor presence; stay current with fashion trends and be an early adopter of new styles.
• Drive sales and hit monthly targets through in-store styling, Trendsend fulfillment, and payroll management.
• Build a bench of promotable talent for succession planning across the company.
