Job summary

FOX is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage and deliver capital projects across a large-scale studio campus, including new construction, tenant improvements and infrastructure upgrades.

The Project Manager oversees projects from concept through design, permitting, construction, commissioning, occupancy and closeout, serving as the primary owner representative and coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with Studio

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or related industries.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects ranging from small remodels to large-scale new construction and campus infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead projects through all phases: programming, budgeting, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Serve as the Owner's representative and primary point of contact for all assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Plant Operations and other stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure continuity of services during construction.
• Develop project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables; review drawings, specs and cost estimates.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants; manage budgets and project documentation.
