Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a dedicated professional to support smooth public space operations and top-tier guest service under the Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper - Public Space.

You will assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff, ensuring adherence to Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies in a dynamic casino-resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) year college degree preferred.
• Minimum(1)year of housekeeping or custodial staff supervision experience or a combination of education and/or experience.

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares work schedules and conducts employee evaluations. Assists in hiring and establishing training programs forpersonnel,
• Recommends adjustments to policies or guest room services to more effectively service the guest,
• Conducts detailed inspections to ensure adherence to departmental policies and to identify problems,
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
