We’re hiring motivated, ambitious individuals for an Assistant Manager / Entry-Level Management opportunity. This position is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, sales associates, and anyone looking to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship while learning the fundamentals of team leadership, sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business operations.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with experienced leaders while developing the skills needed to manage people, support daily operations, and help achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities
• Assist with team training, coaching, and onboarding
• Help motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment
• Communicate goals, expectations, and campaign information to team members
• Monitor daily performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives
• Learn how to track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Help coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Work alongside management to support overall business growth

No Management Experience? No Problem.

Previous management experience is not required.

We believe strong managers can be developed through training, mentorship, hands-on experience, and consistent performance.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, sales, fundraising, events, or other people-facing roles can be helpful, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
