Huck’s Food and Fuel is hiring a Market Assistant Manager in Florissant, MO. You will support daily store operations, ensure top customer service, and assist with shift coverage and training during the transition to store leadership.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, follow policies, manage cash and audits, and promote a safe, clean, and compliant store environment for customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service.
• Observe shift hours and assist Store Manager.
• Work in peak hours and cover days off.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Follow laws and company policies.
• Set a positive example for associates.
• Keep management informed of sales/cash discrepancies.
• Ensure proper uniform and service.
