Qualifications

• Food handling permit within first 14 days of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible retail experience, preferably in food or restaurant.
• AST (Advanced Store Trainer) certification within 90 days of start date.
• Completion of Cosentino Learning Plan training.

Responsibilities

• Know and implement Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Train and hold the team accountable for legendary customer service.
• Provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere with cooperation and high morale.
• Manage multiple situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Supervise team members respectfully and effectively.
• Address employee relations issues with Store Director and HR as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure department is clean, stocked, and merchandised.
