The role focuses on supervision, staff development, and ensuring quality, person-centered care for individuals we serve. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (GED preferred) and DD-related experience, with DD certification achievable within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prefer two years DD related experience and/or training.
• Must become DD certified within 18 months of hire.
• Will meet and maintain the required certifications to become a medication technician and DD certified as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and supporting Direct Support Professionals
• Help with staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensure active, high-quality treatment and programming
• Address concerns and resolve problems with professionalism and care

Education
