About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Office Manager with the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of our pediatric dental office. You'll help lead a cheerful, efficient team, ensuring smooth office operations and the highest level of patient care.

You'll work closely with our dentists, dental assistants, front office staff, and upper management to implement best practices and keep our days running like a well-oiled machine .

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pediatric office operations and supervise staff

Organize and lead staff meetings and daily huddles

Manage office and clinical supply ordering

Maintain productive office and dental schedules

Support and mentor team members through consistent coaching and guidance

Monitor progress, meet deadlines, and keep leadership informed

Serve as a key point of contact for workflow improvements

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Successful completion of the online assessment provided during the application process

High school diploma or equivalent (business or healthcare management education a plus )

Minimum 2 years dental office experience required; pediatric dental experience is a bonus!

Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills

Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend) and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills - especially with children and families

Positive, friendly, team-focused attitude
