Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational abilities, an eye for detail, and effective communication.
• Fundamental math calculations are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to handle several priorities in a hectic setting.
• Respect and uphold business policies, procedures, and confidentiality.
• Must be tech savvy and proficient with POS and related software.
• Demonstrable experience in developing team members and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to promote culture and principles with honesty and integrity.
• More than one year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• Observe and uphold Health Code regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in developing staff potential and driving operational excellence.
• Ensure top-tier customer service across all locations.
• Open and close the restaurant, oversee cleaning, cash handling, and stocking protocols.
• Prepare change orders, daily reports, deposits, and oversee POS operations.
• Ensure visitors receive prompt and reliable service.
• Collaborate with team to maintain consistent operations and training.
