Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the store crew, ensuring exceptional customer service and high food quality. The role centers on driving sales, maintaining daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain areas, and enforcing store policies with a strong emphasis on teamwork and standards.

The candidate will coach staff, monitor inventory and safety, and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old; valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.

Assistant Manager

Experience:

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$17.50 - $18.00 (annually $51,500 - $54,500)

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
