Job summary

Braum's is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the store crew, drive sales, and maintain food quality and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves managing daily food service, grocery and fountain operations on a rotating schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of experience, 21+ years old, and a valid driver license. Competitive hourly pay with a strong bonus program is offered in a full-time, on-site role in Oklahoma City.

Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 (annually $48,500 - $52,500)

Assistant Manager's Role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
