Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, coach the team and drive sales while maintaining high food quality and customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a minimum of two years in retail management.

Typical shift is 5:30 am to 3:00 pm with rotating weeks and a bi-weekly bonus program. Compensation is $17.50–$18.00 hourly, equivalent to roughly $48,500–$52,500 annually, with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 (annually $48,500 - $52,500)

Assistant Manager's Role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
