Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections, deliver exceptional customer service, and coordinate product deliveries and merchandising. The role involves driving company vehicles, lifting products, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and is at least 18 with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white glove service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Loading/unloading and installation of products, while following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, keeping in mind customers and coworkers.
