Job summary

Ohel Children's Home and Family Services is seeking an Assistant Manager for CORE Services (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services) to lead and support staff delivering PSR and mental health care. You will mentor direct care staff, coordinate recovery-oriented activities, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, person-centered services for adults 21 and older.

The role includes supervising staff, implementing treatment goals, and fostering a positive environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Services or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

Join Ohel's CORE Services (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services) team and help empower adults on their journey toward recovery, independence, and wellness.

Through Peer Support and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), CORE Services provides comprehensive mental health treatment and supportive services to adults ages 21 and older. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality services while mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, person-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and support direct care staff

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
