Job summary

Chico's FAS in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, community connections, and a strong brand presence within a premium outlet environment.

You will help drive sales, manage daily operations including inventory and replenishment, and participate in in-store events and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products on the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
