Chico's FAS, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience. The role focuses on hospitality, community engagement, and driving store performance on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience.
