Sud Daddee’z Carwash is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume express tunnel car wash. You will oversee daily activities, drive membership growth, and manage a team of 10–15 associates to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in car wash or related operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced settings
• Ability to work hands-on with facility and equipment maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily express tunnel car wash operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a 10–15 person team
• Drive revenue, membership growth, and profitability targets
• Monitor KPI performance including labor, costs, and guest satisfaction
