Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is looking for an Assistant Manager for Cage Operations at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. This role will assist in the scheduling and supervision of all cage department activities and ensure accurate record keeping while providing excellent service.

The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of casino experience with supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and mathematical skills are essential. The position involves a varied schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of casino cage experience with at least 1 year in a cage supervisor role.
• Ability to follow and enforce strict procedural guidelines.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
