Job summary

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager is a proactive, guest-focused leader who helps create an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. Working closely with the General Manager, this individual plays a key role in upholding operational excellence, supporting staff development, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented store culture. Key Qualifications:

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar fast-paced setting (Ziggi’s experience preferred).
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and a strong understanding of brand values.
