Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and staff development. You will help maintain quality drinks and an outstanding guest experience while upholding store standards and brand values.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and step in during GM absences to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example and provide/receive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive, takes initiative.
• Completed training modules and understands brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate consistently with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
