MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Manager Bars & Lounges to support beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge at Beau Rivage in Biloxi. This leadership role focuses on daily operations, team development, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining each venue’s unique atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will oversee labor, scheduling, inventory control, and cost-effective operations, partnering with beverage leadership and other departments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or related F&B leadership.
• Understanding of beverage operations and labor management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge to support consistent service and operational excellence.
• Lead and support beverage teams while fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Elevate guest service standards while delivering experiences that reflect the distinct atmosphere and expectations of each outlet.
• Support labor management, scheduling, inventory control, and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor service quality, team performance, and operational procedures to maintain high standards across all three venues.
• Partner with beverage leadership and other departments to address challenges, improve efficiency, and meet business goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership during service to resolve guest concerns, support employees, and maintain smooth operations.
• Adapt to changing business needs and provide leadership coverage where needed.

THE JOB:

The _ Assistant Manager Bars & Lounges _ plays a key role in supporting beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge at Beau Rivage. In this dynamic leadership role, you will help oversee daily operations, develop and support beverage teams, and ensure each outlet delivers exceptional service while maintaining its unique atmosphere. From managing operational needs to upholding service standards, you will help create memorable guest experiences across our diverse bar and lounge venues.

THE SCHEDULE:

• Full Time | Flex
• _ Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs _

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge to support consistent service and operational excellence
• Lead and support beverage teams while fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment
• Elevate guest service standards while delivering experiences that reflect the distinct atmosphere and expectations of each outlet
• Support labor management, scheduling, inventory control, and cost-effective operations
• Monitor service quality, team performance, and operational procedures to maintain high standards across all three venues
• Partner with beverage leadership and other departments to address challenges, improve efficiency, and meet business goals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Brings at least 2+ of prior relevant supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent food and beverage leadership role
• Understands beverage operations, guest service standards, labor management, and inventory control
• Adapts to the distinct service styles and business needs of restaurant, bar, and lounge environments
• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
