Job summary

Gills Point S Tire is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in our retail tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory, and team development, driving business results and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards.
