About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center. As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory management, team development, and overall operational performance. Requirements

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards
