Gills Point S Tire & Auto in Midland, TX seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily retail tire and automotive service operations. Partner with the Store Manager to supervise sales, service quality, scheduling, inventory, and team development, delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong business results.

You will drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and process discipline, while balancing customer satisfaction with employee engagement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control.
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center.
