LOFT in Wichita, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the customer experience and foster a positive store culture. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and leveraging technology to provide seamless omnichannel service, while building relationships with customers and associates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
