LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1426 at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, TX. You will help shape a strong store culture, support customer experience, and lead a team of associates on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of retail management, a hospitality mindset, and proficiency with POS systems. This role emphasizes collaboration, operational excellence, and driving results within a dynamic fashion brand.
