Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Albuquerque to support the customer experience and nurture store culture. The role centers on leading a team, modeling LOFT behaviors, and delivering outstanding service.

You will coach associates, drive sales, and help recruit/develop talent while ensuring operational excellence across the store in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
