Job summary

KnitWell Group in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and coach teammates to build genuine connections with customers.

You'll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)

• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
