Job summary

LOFT in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive profitability through exceptional service, strong visual standards, and efficient store operations.

You will coach your team, manage daily opening/closing, hire and develop talent, and engage with the local community to build brand loyalty. A hospitality mindset and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans to drive results.
