LOFT Outlet Sevierville is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and help recruit and develop talent to deliver exceptional omnichannel experiences.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, technical proficiency with POS systems, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
