Job summary

LOFT in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. This role leads on the sales floor and mentors team members to deliver exceptional service.

You will foster an inclusive environment, leverage technology for omnichannel shopping, and assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and development. Regular/full-time position based in-store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Strong hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
