LOFT Georgetown is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring the sales floor remains inviting and organized. You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional experiences and drive brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates bring prior sales or customer-service experience, a hospitality mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You\'ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
