Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Acton, MA to lead customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will nurture relationships with customers and associates while modeling the brand's behaviors on the sales floor.

You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and driving performance, using reporting to drive operational excellence and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
