Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Oklahoma City to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is to nurture relationships with customers and teammates.

You will act as a leader on the sales floor, model the brand’s behaviors, coach associates, and use technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. Regular/Full time with bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
