Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Germantown, TN to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model LOFT’s behaviors, coach teammates, and ensure shoppers receive exceptional service.

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.
