Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Germantown, TN to lead customer and associate experiences and drive store performance. You will coach your team to deliver exceptional service and uphold visual standards while employing a hospitality mindset.

You will manage daily operations, use POS technology, and focus on community engagement and profitability. A strong leadership background in retail or service is preferred, with a commitment to inclusivity and excellent customer connections.

You’ll bring to the role
