Job summary

LOFT is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and cultivate a strong store culture at the Fox River Mall location. You will lead sales floor activities, mentor associates, and drive brand-aligned service to create authentic connections with customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail management, a hospitality mindset, and strong tech skills for POS and reporting. This role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for growth.
