LOFT Outlet in Albertville, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and nurture a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand's behaviors, and engage with customers while guiding the team to deliver first‑class service.

You'll coach associates, assist with recruiting and development, and use reports to drive store performance. This role offers growth across our brands and a path to leadership through hands‑on leadership and collaboration.
