LOFT Outlet in National Harbor, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate the customer experience and coach a team to embody our brand on the sales floor.

You will lead operations, foster an inclusive, hospitality-minded culture, enable seamless omnichannel shopping, support talent recruiting and development, and work with the Store Manager to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in achieving sales goals and operational excellence.
