Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for our Indy-area cafés located at the Indianapolis International Airport.

The role leads a 20+ member team, upholds HEART Culture, and partners with the General Manager to ensure superb hospitality and operations. The candidate will be responsible for daily shift execution, staff coaching, and delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing inventory and food costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
