The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and service targets. You will drive daily store operations, inventory control, and customer experience in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Ideal candidates will have proven retail and supervisory experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage POS systems and cash reconciliation while working flexible hours,

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
