Domino's Albany is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Albany location (5296 Florida Blvd).

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, oversee opening and closing procedures, control inventory, and drive sales while maintaining a friendly, compliant, and safe store environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Supervise and mentor store associates, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support their professional development
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts

• Monitor sales performance and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage cash handling procedures, process transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Organize and conduct staff training sessions on products, services, and customer service standards
• Analyze operational metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Albany location (5296 Florida Blvd). In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
