You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, oversee opening and closing procedures, control inventory, and drive sales while maintaining a friendly, compliant, and safe store environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor store associates, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support their professional development
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock rotation
• Monitor sales performance and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage cash handling procedures, process transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
• Organize and conduct staff training sessions on products, services, and customer service standards
• Analyze operational metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements
