Five Guys is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will coach team members, manage shift operations, and ensure cost controls while delivering great food with a smile.

This role offers real growth in an expanding North American footprint, with a focus on promoting from within and a performance-based bonus program. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and flexible scheduling.

Pay for this position is $50,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
