Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Laurel, MD is seeking a restaurant leader to drive performance as a General Manager or Assistant Manager. You will lead a team, uphold food safety, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a high-volume environment.

This role offers a starting pay of 65,000–70,000 annually with a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, employee assistance program and family bonding leave for managers.

The starting pay for this position is $65,000-70,000 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
