Five Guys is seeking a capable leader in Jacksonville to drive operations and guest satisfaction. You will oversee shifts, manage teams, and ensure financial accountability while upholding our high standards of food quality and service.

The starting pay for this position is starting at $60,000 - $65,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.

* Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. And no drive-thrus.
