Five Guys is seeking a hands-on leader for a fast-paced restaurant in the United States. This salaried, non-exempt role starts at $55,000 annually with potential overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

The ideal candidate will drive great shifts, manage costs, and create a positive work environment with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and uphold Five Guys’ core convictions while delivering outstanding burgers and a memorable customer

The pay for this position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $55,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
