At Breeze Thru Car Wash, we’re a developmental company that happens to wash cars. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting

Starting pay is based on values alignments (Professional and Friendly), leadership experience, technical ability, and overall fit for the role.Two pay increases are available within the first year through performance and development milestones.

Physical Realities of the Job

This is a highly active, outdoor leadership role. You will:

• Stand for most of your shift
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bend, walk, climb, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
• Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
• Perform hands‑on operational and maintenance‑related tasks
• Occasionally work at heights or around mechanical systems
