Job summary

Breeze Thru Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and uphold a high-quality customer experience in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

You will partner with the Site Manager, train attendants, handle customer concerns, and ensure safety and cleanliness while remaining active and engaged throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort with hands-on roles and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager.
• Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Adjust staffing priorities based on business needs.
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
• Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed.
• Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities.
