Overview

Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business! General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. While working as an assistant manager for us, you will also be learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day!

Opportunities

• Management Development Program allows store managers to apply for franchising opportunities.
• General Managers can own their own business; only those with at least one year of management experience eligible to apply.
• Career path includes Trainer or Regional Manager.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying up to 12 pounds per tray.
• Climbing stairs or a ladder occasionally.
• Bending forward at the pizza assembly station.
• Other tasks as described.
